I provide therapy for adults who want to feel better. Sometimes we can pinpoint obvious traumatic events or elongated periods of time in which we felt stressed or overwhelmed. Other times we just know that we are suffering in the present and are unsure how we got here. Your symptoms may show up as feeling anxiety in your body, noticing constant negative thoughts, or having a difficult time managing your emotions. The issues we face can affect all areas of our lives and we may notice feeling different than the person we once were, feeling stuck or held back, or not having hope or clarity for the future. Some people feel broken and think the scars they have accumulated make them permanently damaged.
I believe every person has the ability to heal the emotional wounds and psychological scars they have sustained throughout their lives. Through the work we do in therapy, I will listen to your story, walk alongside you, and be your guide while you move towards health and healing.
Therapy can help you let go of the thoughts, emotions, and behaviours that do not serve you in your present day life, while learning and understanding why at one point they may have helped you survive and function. By tending to the wounds that caused or continue to cause suffering, we can experience growth, new perspectives, and a newfound love for ourselves and others.

I provide therapy for folks who are looking for active change in their lives. Whether you are looking to develop coping skills for managing symptoms, understand behavioural patterns, or improve your overall sense of well-being, I work alongside you in support of your mental health goals. I focus on the strengths of my clients to help build self-esteem, resilience, and increase a sense of connection to the self. At times, symptoms may present themselves in how we automatically respond to situations or may impact how we experience the world around us.
We may find ourselves reacting to situations in ways we feel do not represent our true nature. This may leave us feeling out of control in our own lives. These reactions may stem from symptoms of anxiety, depression, or instances of trauma. I help empower my clients by teaching them how their nervous systems can regulate thoughts and emotions, while processing difficult events in a kind, confidential, and compassionate manner. At times, we can feel stuck in our experiences or that we are not living up to our fullest potential. Creating realistic goals established by you on your own unique journey, is at the forefront of therapy.
I believe we all have the innate ability to heal from our emotional and psychological experiences. Therapy is a tool that can help to serve as a gentle guide along your healing journey. Reaching out for support requires strength and insight, and is an act of self-compassion deserved by all. We have no say in when or how an event may impact us, but we do have a say in choosing to work towards a life of hope, acceptance, and self-love.

I provide therapy for children, teen, adults, and couples who want to feel better and create meaningful change in their lives. In therapy, I often work with people who struggle with their emotions and behaviours which can leave them feeling weighed down, overwhelmed, and at a loss of what to do next. Struggling in any of these areas can make you feel lonely, isolated and want to withdraw in different areas of your life.
Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties and build meaningful change in your life. I’m committed to meeting clients where they are at so they learn how to build healthier patterns from the ground up, which is easier to maintain long-term. My work focuses on targeting current life circumstances in combination with identifying past experiences that have contributed to the present, and how to move forward in a positive way. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals and create tailored therapy plans to fit the needs of each individual person. I create a safe, nurturing, and non-judgemental space where clients have the opportunity to be vulnerable to work through their current struggles to move to a better place with a sense of peace.
